Private customers can:

✓ request other app users to make a payment
✓ find your templates or use autosuggest function (based on your previous transaction history)

Business customers can:
✓ quickly check account balance(s)
✓ see the list of latest transactions
✓ confirm payments
✓ log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication
✓ transfer money between accounts
The app is updated on regular basis and new functions are added.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
When user registers into the app, he agrees to comply with the service terms and assigns the selected phone number with the specified account. It is necessary to note that during this process the indicated phone number is encoded and sent to the bank in the form of a sequence of encoded characters, that means that the bank does not collect or keep your phone number or data of other customers available on your phone contact list. Only such users of the app, who have saved your phone number in their contact list, may see that you are a user of the SEB mobile application.

For security purposes, the users are periodically (on a monthly basis) requested to log in again with Internet Bank authentication means (not only with 4 digit PIN code).

Pros: SEB has its own App Constr: - remove NFC payment and force to use GPay for that - No free of charge virtual single/multi use card feature like in Revolut - Event after update app still asking confirmation one time via SmartID second time using internal SEB app generated codes, and that is looking suspiciously - no ability to cancel physical card (just block) - in app UI hard to clearly identify which payment card is associated with which bank account number - no filter for income/outcome

Feedback from you and other customers helps us improve, so we are sincerely grateful for it. Currently, there is no possibility to filter income/outcome, but this function is available in your internet bank . You can close your card in app ( "SEB Lietuva"- "Cards" . Select one of your card and choose "Blocking and closing" - "Close the card".

Downgrading my review of the application. It still serves the purpose of what I expect from a banking application but the whole movement to remove NFC via the app is rather weird and using GPay isn't the way. If this is to reduce costs, which most likely it is, not really a confidence booster. I don't want to link my payment info to a Google service, I should trust my bank more with handling payments. Convenience shouldn't be sacrificed for security.

The app requires the user to recreate the PINs every time he uses it and leaves it for some time without logging out. This is inconvenient for users because people usually don't properly log out of apps, they just switch to another app. As for me it happens once a week. Almost every time I'm going to use the app, it informs me that there was something wrong with the last session and demands me to recreate the PINs. You find that normal? The new version behaves identically.
