Placed an order at 5.39pm from a stall at Old Airport Road. Received a message that it was accepted and ETA was 6.15-6.45pm. Waited till 7.30pm. Tried to call the numbers given. Both were unresponsive. Sent an email and minutes after received a message from Ryde that my order was just picked up and delivery is now estimated at 8.30pm. Total 3 hours from the point of order. I could drive there and back in less than an hour. Unrealible and unresponsive company. Will not use them again for sure.

Rubbish prices, it's almost double the price of the hawker centre food , and there is takeaway fee plus delivery fee. what's the point might as well just grabfood or deliveroo. waste of my time.

Pros: Good for getting hawker food (limited choice) depending where you stay at a reasonable price for 1-3 person unless you're trying to buy low priced items like snacks/drinks, then it's not worth the $1.50 delivery fee per item. Cons: No option to feedback on the food/delivery service. Rarely follow simple notes like "no chilli". The call center has terrible reception. Can't hear or talk clearly. Spam emails & notifications. I'll only use this during the CB period. Passing rate 2.5 stars.
