Welcome to the ultimate survival idle game! You'll start with nothing but your wits and a few basic tools. Your goal is to gather resources, build structures, upgrade camping, and survive against the elements. The island is full of surprises, so be prepared for anything! Color Invaders Idle combines the mechanics of survival and tycoon games! Survivors must gather resources on a mysterious tiny island, build a shelter and upgrade base, create a bridge to a nearby island, conquer black and white territories, and fight dangerous monsters.

You'll need to scavenge for vital items and materials to build your base and upgrade it, as well as craft weapons and items to help you in your adventures. As you progress, you'll unlock new resources, tools, and structures that will help you survive and thrive. You'll also be able to upgrade your existing structures to make them stronger and more efficient.

Ratings and reviews

Pros: beautiful artwork, mostly intuitive interface and controls. Objectives are not necessarily logical, but laid out in a series of simple goals. Cons: Ads, ads, and more ads. Want more resources? Watch an ad. Want the price of goods to go down? Watch an ad. Also, once you reach a level that has auto supply, quitting the game wipes out any surplus you have. Really frustrating when you need 1500+ wood for the next goal, have 1000 saved up, then 400 vanish when the game restarts.

This game is chilled and I would give it five stars but there is one major issue that I have with the game. On the second or third world the cost of upgrading and building things becomes way to expensive. I get it, it's supposed to take a little while but when it becomes a chore to level things up or to get the new items then it feels boring and non-productive. Beyond the very, beyond slow grind, I would recommend it.

Fun enough game, though I could use more instructions on how to expand the color. It would also be nice if I could send the characters to a colorless area and tell them to kill monsters, save a character, chop wood, etc. Otherwise, progress is rather slow. Good game idea but could be a lot better executed.
