Horrible pay experience - getting a credit card onto the system is like birthing twins. First you fill out the information, and they check your DOB/ID# against the bank system, but that's not the end. Then they ask you to download the card and provide a one time pin, but they don't send the pin, or provide a way to request it. You can't delete the card either. Wasted half an hour before giving up.

I used it without problems for several months. One day it suddenly needs to insert new info to open the app, not possible to pay, not possible to do anything. Left me without any method to pay at the counter. I'm changing to another paying method as soon as I can. And I don't think I recommend taiwan pay to anyone who wants life simple.

Buggy software. Today, I went to buy breakfast and this garbage keeps crashing and refuses to let me log in leaving me without a means to pay the store. If I have to bring cash just because I don't have confidence in this payment system, then what's the point? someone told me that they're updating the system. How about a notification to let your customers know beforehand? It's common sense! Apparently someone in Taiwan Pay isn't doing his job properly!!! Also no English version! Why???
