Ratings and reviews

Clunky UI, random downtime/errors, spammy delayed Push/Sms. Once a driver took my order, drove in a different direction for 15 minutes, cancelled it (wasting my time) and I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. You can't cancel a booking for free if you haven't had a driver assigned for 30+ minutes (you can in Valuecabs). The operators are useless. 70%+ drivers can't navigate the center of the city/use GPS, driving In circles for minutes on top of waiting, choosing wrong exists etc... Just use Valuecabs instead

Useless transport system. Booked a taxi two days before my flight date and was cancelled minutes to the time schedule in the middle of the night. I will never recommend them. They will highly disappoint you.

The four star is for the fonacab drivers who are doing an excellent job. very friendly and customer relations are great. with regards to the app it has to improve. the live location shown is always wrong and have to drag and choose the current location from where we order the taxi. Pre booking are not working most of the times.
