Nightmare to use. I tried to top up with my atto card but it said it's linked to another account. What other account?! The night before, no verification code received, received in morning. I found out that one can buy train tickets. Catch, it was never stated in the app that you can only buy with your bank card, not your atto card. Yet, I could do all the entries to buy until the part where one needs to enter details of person traveling. If one can only buy with bank card, why use Atto? 😅

App doesn't work in the mornings and evenings. This is the time when many people using the app. System is overloaded. BAD

WHY THE APP LOGS ITSELF OUT EVERY DAY??? I NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT, GET OFF THE BUS, BUT THE APP LOGGED OUT SO NOW I HAVE RELOGIN WHICH ALSO CAUSES ME TO SKIP MY STOP. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER BUS IN THE OTHER DIRECTION TO GO BACK TO WHERE I WANTED TO GET OFF WHICH COSTS ME EXTRA AND IT WOULDN'T IF THIS DAMN THING DIDN'T LOGGED OUT. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENING THE APP WORKS GREAT, BUT THIS ONE NITPICK MAKES IT WORTHLESS. CAN'T USE THE "GREAT" APP IF IT LOGS OUT EVERY TIME
