Why there is no notification or reminder that i am not travelling by fare. I only today realized that it was paying for each ride instead of using the 15-day fare, and it cost me more than 30.000 for just 5 days

Was charged twice on a bus after the conductor claimed that it didn't work the first time. I found out about it later when I opened the app. But I cannot return or cancel the double charge because there isn't any function to do so in the app. Also, there is no way to contact ATTO to ask for a refund. It's 2021 and the app is so amature.
