Ratings and reviews

App is ok. Service is good, but it only send ticket not bus number to watsapp. If you are facing network issues then God help!! Tryed to add alternative number but there isn't option in the app. It would be great if bus no is sent to watsapp number.

It's hard to say bit truth about a worst experience, its not a feedback on only one trip, i had multiple trips by vrl but always there will be problems. Zero star for service tracking system, contact service. Customer care no is not working, no medium to reach at all. Always late we have to wait on high ways till midnight. XOnly option left at last. Horrible service. Not recommended at all.

I had booked my ticket from Mumbai to Mysore on 27th Oct. Bus arrived 1 hr late for pickup in Chembur and ETA Mysore was 9am but it actually reached at 3pm at a speed of not more than 35km/hr. The tracker was showing as bus reached the destination on time. Condition of the bus was very bad. Very bad experience. I had to cancel my return journey on 2nd Nov from Mysore to Mumbai due to this horrible experience. Had to bear cancellation charges of 1200.
