About this app

miEbooks, developed by ITSI, is an interactive e-reader that enhances users’ reading and studying experience. The app enables users to add notes and sketches to specific sections of an e-book, make highlights, generate summaries from highlighted text for study purposes, receive additional multimedia resources, and more. Once downloaded, all books and resources are available offline and annotations are backed-up whenever users connect to the Internet or Wi-Fi within their institution.

The miEbooks app is used by schools, tertiary institutions and corporate organisations for full-scale e-learning implementation, as well as individuals who are looking for a flexible and feature-rich e-book solution.

It worked fine last year but this year it's really not up to standard for an app which alot learners need to study. This whole year I've had issues, at first the books did not show up, then I couldn't download the books and now the book is stuck on the cover page. This issue also occurs with other people I know who uses miEbooks, so please fix this problem as it seems like it might be a problem with the app itself.

Please can someone get in touch with me?? miEbooks since yesterday doesn't want to take me to the page where I'm at and when I touch the screen it goes back to very first page and then does nothing! I can't scroll. I have to open and close the app until I can just get to a page en move with the arrows but I can't move up and down or zoom in. It's very frustrating. It worked fine the day before yesterday and now this!!

It's a great app. Yes it has some problems (like crashing or it does'nt load all the books) though most of the time it's due to not having enough space on the tablet/ device. Or the network is the problem. Or you need to update the app. I've been using it for 4 years now nd it really is helpful especially since teachers are able to send different useful resources. Despite the tech issues. 😅
