About this app

The EU Login app is developed by the European Commission to facilitate your day-to-day Multi-factor authentication for many EU applications. Once you have registered your device with your EU Login account, authentication can be done with your PIN code or using the face recognition or fingerprint. You can also use it to access EU Login protected applications via your mobile browser.
Don't have WIFI or Internet access? Don't worry, you can generate a unique code via the QR Code scanner which works offline.

This app is a disaster. I login to my desktop version and I know my abuser name and pass and I get in but it immediately sends me to verify my identity via mobile app. I open the mobile app and it requires me to add my mobile to the desktop app but I cannot do this while not logged in mobile. So I go in circles again and again and the whole experience is awful.

Everything about this system is broken. It has become so unnecessarily complicated, confusing and intricate, that you lose access to your account. It says it is for security reasons, but mind you that is not true, with a little effort it is easy to get access to accounts personal information, and mind that you need to put in every single speck of personal data that traces to you, except blood type and fingerprints, but I assume it will be probably be a requirement in the future as well.

Absolute rubbish. Trying to connect gets me a "wrong PIN" error. And the website also seems to have trouble communicating with the Android app. Scanning the QR code gives an error text that does not even fully show on the screen. Waste of time, especially when you are in a hurry. Avoid this garbage at all costs!!!!!
