Ratings and reviews

The app is kind of glitchy. When I first made my listing, I would get an error message for setting the calendar availability. Now, after the updates, I can't add different photos, but somehow my calendar availability updated even though there were constant error messages before. I would like to see an analytics section for views.

This app has limited functionality and is unreliable. Error codes when you do anything with a calendar and in most other areas of the app. Messaging is intermittent. Core calendar features require a lot of drilling down and around to access. The app works ok for handoffs but is missing key fields. For a company that takes a 25% cut (and that's just from the host...) and demands rapid response times to clientele inquiries the performance of this bush league app is unacceptable.

I hope the developers can change the drop-down menus to include RAM Promaster 2500 as a Camper Van when creating a listing. It blows my mind that it isn't an available vehicle option when it's probably the most common type of camper van on Outdoorsy. Our rental is currently filtered under the Other category, and it's insanely frustrating that potential renters can't find our listing under Camper Van. The app is fine, but it's been a less than ideal experience renting on Outdoorsy so far.
