MWsoko 3 App is an addition to MWsoko 3, which makes daily work on site faster, more efficient and easier for employees.
Attention: This app only works in conjunction with the MWsoko management portal from version 3.0. Older versions are not supported by this app.
Your benefit:
• The MWsoko app supports the work of employees on site in a simple and intuitive way. No duplication of work. No zooming.
• The MWsoko app covers the most common processes and displays of employees.
• The MWsoko app can be used on all common smartphones and tablets that have an integrated camera with autofocus and are connected to the Internet.
• With MWsoko App the main processes are carried out directly on site.
• MWsoko is the process and quality management platform for the social economy. This app controls a variety of MWsoko customers' processes and provides information about the current status of the customer's facility.
The following processes and functions of the MWsoko process and quality management platform can be controlled via this app depending on the rights settings:
1. People:
• Register or log in to the service
• Display of the information of the platform areas: My duty station, My regular station, My area after duty login
• Assigning a QR code to a person
• Display of group and personal messages and push notifications
• Display of your own user profile or a selected resident profile
• Quick person capture for creating resident profiles with photos
• Driving license check
2. Vehicles:
• Assigning a QR code to a vehicle
• Decommission
• Change of location
• Transfer all devices to another vehicle
• Initiate fault report
• Vehicle check (daily and monthly vehicle check / MPG check)
• Carrying out routine disinfection
• Starting a deployment disinfection (filling out the deployment disinfection protocol)
• Display vehicle file
3. Medical devices:
• Assigning a QR code to a device
• Decommission
• Blood glucose meter checks
• Change of location
• Initiate fault report
• Display of the device file
4. Other devices:
• Assigning a QR code to a device
• Decommission
• Change of location
• Initiate a fault report (e.g. for building technology, radio technology) including including a photo
• Display of device information
5. Warehouse management:
• Assignment of a QR code to a stock item
• Removal of goods
• Compile goods receipt/shopping cart and initiate the ordering process
• Book the withdrawal of goods for rescue equipment
