It takes forever to download every single time I use it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, switched from mobile to wi-fi, etc with no help. Now something that should take me 1.5-2hrs is taking 3-4hrs waiting for the app to load or writing it on paper to transfer in once it does finally load.

While the app to count is fine . The website to run the report and troubleahoot NEVER loads . What should take 20 mins takes 1.5 hr because it doesn't want to load the page or all of the page.

only thing I'd like is if online troubleshoot worked more like the app haha
