Local dealer installed a 12RESV ten days ago. OnCue connected and we have been able to monitor the generator status. BUT, this is NOT an effective generator 'management' app it is advertised to be. I can't change the day/time of the exercise. I am unable to start an exercise from my Android phone. When I try to edit or set up the exercise, the manual says to choose Unloaded cycle with diagnostics. Well, that choice isn't available on the app. So I chose 'none'. Could be a much better app...

Doesn't work on slow Internet connections, generator puts a ton of useless data on the LAN (thankfully, not the Internet connection itself), and requires Internet, even when the generator and app ARE ON THE SAME LAN. When the app decides the generator has lost connection, you don't even get "most recent status". Just an error, without any useful information.

super easy to use; can look at event log, monitor situations, and issue remote start tests from phone if necessary. i found the mac address in the cam table, so i could securely add it to the network. my only feedback would be to have to clock access a time server, or switch automatically for DST. thanks Kohler!
