Maybe some upgrades on the staff maybe some better instructions maybe some better management I don't know but you have to do something about the time food is delivered most of the time food comes late and cold

Haven't seen more irresponsibility than from here. Ordered from a restaurant at 7 Pm. App said courier picked it up at 7:30 and we still hadn't recieved our food at 10:30 Pm after contacting the customer service at least 6 times (4/6 times they wouldn't even pick up). Ended up canceling the order as it wasn't worth it anymore.

User experience need to be upgraded, the interface is to old and acting weird to launch the app properly. Doesnt have a user friendly experience when navigating to filter out whatever. Within 5km from the vendor, takes 1 hr to be delivered.Was my 2nd time using the app but need to work urgently on this.Otherwise is not helping users, but bringing more headaches. Shops are not updating what they are selling.I ordered dishes, then suddenly u get to know from support team that is not available 🤔
