Broke my windshield and then insist on telling me it was like that already. The lady that signed me in, saw no crack in my windshield. They won't show me the video of the van before it went in the carwash. Never called me or emailed or mailed me anything about my claim. So hard to talk too someone in corporate, I almost gave up because I'm on the other side of the country. Now that crack is starting to move and in no time I will need a new windshield. Corporate it someone needs to respond.

Tried to use the Benny's rewards point at the location on greenwell springs. The rewards points did work I needed 500 points to get a 12 pack of Coke had almost 900 points. The lady behind the register kept telling me that's my phone number didn't register to the account. I used the phone number everyday for the account I explained to her that there must be a problem. She had a really bad attitude about it and told me well there's nothing that she could do about it right now and that was it!

It's always a nice experience when I go into Benny's and I love the rewards program and the customer service is always really great
