Ratings and reviews

Overall, the platform works well, but there is a major issue when trying to read a book. The ads required to unlock reading do not load or fetch properly, which prevents the book from opening at all. This makes the reading experience unreliable. It would also be helpful if Bookkey provided a few free sample pages in the overview section. This would allow users to evaluate the book’s content and quality before committing to reading it.

It helps me study and understand some of my favorite books. The quiz feature does not work for any of the books.So I can't give it more stars. I emailed the support team and they have not responded. If they cannot fix the quiz feature.I will stop using Bookey

This app never worked. Shortly after purchase, 9/20/2025, I contacted developer for help. I did all troubleshooting steps they requested. 9/27/2025, I received this: "We are sorry, our version may not suitable for your mobile. I just report to our developer team. They will discuss this case and try to solve it." I gave them plenty of time to repair this. There were no repairs. 12/2/2025 I requested refund. 12/3/2025 I received a message to Google who only refunds within 48 hrs of purchase.
