I have tried multiple times to log into the app without success. I sign in with my email and password, then the phone number verification page pops up. I enter my number and the code never arrives. I have tried two different numbers, uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, and no code ever comes. The funny thing is I have received 2 text messages regarding cleaning jobs available BUT I can't log into the app and accept. I have wasted too much time already so deleting the app!

App crashes close to 100% of the time eventually. It might work for a little while, then crash. I live in Austin, it's a pretty big city, yet for any job I will generally have to drive 300 to 1000 miles. I don't know if it's poor advertising, or if customers have had bad experiences with Diem. But there doesn't seem to be much work for Diem employees. I sure hope they fix the app bugs, hope some more jobs show up near the Austin area too. I'm cautiously optimistic, but sticking with Diem.

This is definitely not a good fit for business to have people go through your qualifications process and then can't even get in to except jobs!!! It won't even send verification code to phone to continue and from the other reviews,it has been and ongoing problem, so please stop getting people hopes up who needs real work and you expect quality that you don't give!!!!!!!!
