WebConnects is affiliated with our parent programs of the Ontario Network of CAPC/CPNP Projects allows all staff in Ontario (frontline and management) and our funder, Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) to efficiently share knowledge, expertise and resources. It is our vision this online space will foster communication, encourage project collaboration and community building among our Network members.
Information shared within this site come directly from the government of Canada's website for the Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) and Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP).

Community Action Program for Children (CAPC)

The Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) is a community-based children’s program delivered by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). It was established in 1993 and is jointly managed with the provinces and territories. Click here for more information
