I used it as a joke, saying something was as slow as dialup and I clicked the sound, it was hilarious at the time. Real fun sound effect, glad internet has improved so much.

It just play a sound file. With a little more effort dev could have implemented a real audio coupled modem. The libraries are all there to do it.

Did not even play a sound file, just showed me invasive ads. Also, an app does not need to be 24MB for a button and an MP3 file.
