The Mobile application of the Provincial Energy Company of Córdoba allows you to:
- Link your phone with the Epec virtual office to manage your contracts.
- View the account statement of the contract.
- Pay your bill by debit card, Credit or Link Payment Button.
- Adhere to the digital invoice.
- Manage claims for lack of power supply.
- Visualize energy consumption.
- Keep track of the procedures initiated through the website.
- Receive notifications when your invoice is available, is about to expire or when a procedure you started changes status.
- Consult the works for improvements.
- Know location and telephone numbers of commercial offices and guards.
- Know the news related to the service and the company.
When downloading the application, Epec is authorized to access certain functions of the user's mobile phone. The use of the application for each of the permits granted is detailed below:
- Location: In the Offices and Guards section, the application uses the location of the phone by GPS or Network to determine the nearest offices and guards.
- Photos / multimedia files / files: To view the pdf of the invoice and share it.
- Notifications: By granting this permission, you can receive notifications when an invoice is available, when it is due or to know the change of status of a procedure.
