The Pickup Paketshop App "Doorman" by DPD for Pickup Paketshop Partner simplifies this professional package handling. With a normal smartphone, the DPD parcel deposit, the parcel pick-up by the recipient and the delivery of parcels for shipping can be handled professionally.

The app offers you the following functions:
Parcel pick-up by recipient:
Parcels that DPD deposits in the Pickup parcel shop are picked up by the recipient at your place and processed via the application: taken to and taken from the stock, pass the ID card entry and obtained the signature of the recipient.
Transportable:
Customers bring packages to your pickup parcel shop for shipping. If required, the parcel label and receipt can be generated via the app. Various shipping options can be displayed accordingly (cash sale, web package, return). Packages are automatically added to your inventory.
Parcel pickup for dispatch by DPD:
The collection process of the packages is also controlled by the app by scanning the code when DPD picks up the delivered packages in the pickup parcel shop for shipping. Packages are automatically removed from your inventory. The countersigning by signature of the DPD driver also takes place on the smartphone.

To be always up to date, you can create various reports, such as Inventory lists, print jobs, inventory checklist, sales reports and performance reports.
