I been using Aldi mobile plans for several years and am very very happy with the plans. When your signed up and your paying enough you hardly bother with the app. In recent times the Auto recharge checkbox has become a real problem, can find it easily. Every month now i have a problem with auto recharging. Please fix. This leads to the srcond problem its impossible to contact the developers in the app to tell them about issues.

Generally ok, but can you please update this app to make it easier to login to more than one account. Once I have logged into one account, the only way I have found to get into another is to go into Settings and clear the app's cache and data - a pain. I need to be able to manage more than one account from one device. This should not be hard.

I had an issue where I had to call them. It rang out every time after 10+ calls. 10am on a weekday. I have now tried to set up my sim 5 time. One time was done by Aldi themselves. It has still not worked. They have made zero effort to ascertain the issue. They keep repeating expecting a different outcome. Customer service is not good enough.
