Supercharge your mobile staff with Form Sumo. No more paper and clipboards! Design your own forms and inspections to be used by your mobile teams out in the field. Publish lists like plant lists, company contacts, or standard documents.

Our cloud service allows you to create your own customised forms using simple drag and drop. Once the form is created, your team members will see the new form on their device. The completed forms are automatically processed, then emailed (pdf or html format) or submitted to your corporate back-office system for futher processing.
