When playing the game & I run out of moves, is there only 1 choice of assistance, which is starting the level over again? There are no other options, like getting an extra bottle, or a quick back move, etc. It takes much longer to play when I have to start the level from scratch! What is the reason for no other options in this game? I'm playing in Just Play app & rewarded for levels reached. At this rate, when my only option is to start the level over again, I will never win a payout! HELP!

I was enjoying this game for a while, yes there are quite a few ads and that's unfortunate and at first I liked the fact that I could watch an ad to get assistance on a level but then I got to a level that I thought was fairly simple so I refreshed it when I got stuck and soon realized, after trying every combination of moves I could find, that there was absolutely no way to get past that level without watching a video to get another piece of a tube. Now that to me is not ok!

Initially, it was fun and just challenging enough. However, when replaying levels, the balls started not loading correctly. It would look like there was only one ball in the tube, but when you moved it, there was actually another ball in the tube. It became annoying to need to constantly open and close the game to play a level. I've now un-installed the game.
