Poor. After cutting off all access to our accounts through the old app, which had worked perfectly well, this new app doesn't work, claiming the bank has no record of email address and/or phone number. Probably an error in the mobile phone number in their system (UK number, but the account is in Belgium), but no assistance provided, just a statement from the app that I must visit the branch to sort it out. Edit: They made a fix that enabled the new app to connect to my account. App is ok.

Useless and irritating due to critical bugs. Views are blank instead of displaying card and account info so it's impossible to make payments. Not fixed for weeks. No workaround according to customer service (after many contact attempts and ignored reports). Slow, frequent time-outs and stability issues. Makes impression as if it was a scam app. The same on both Android 10 and 11.

Attention! The app does not work properly. Since 30 March I do not have access to my banking accounts and savings because after a valid log in, the app crashes! I tried to reinstall it several times from different phones (Android and iPhone). Helpdesk cannot solve the issue. Aion does not provide any phone assistance to make transactions or to check account balances. There is no AION physical branches to go neither a phone to call. Only an email address. Very slow reply. This is unacceptable!
