Completely useless. It doesn't do anything more than the car's own app or the Engie basic app would do. It claims it does smart charging like stopping charging at a preset battery charge, but that is not true, simply because the car's app, on which Engie Smart relies (My BMW in my case) can't do that. Serves no point and I'm uninstalling it.

Renaming to "Smart App" is incredible generic, uninspired and makes the app unfindable. I legit thought I deleted the app from my phone. Needing to log in and half of the functions give error messages that something has gone wrong, like the push notification service not working, while I don't have that enabled. The functionality is great but the management of the application clearly lacks.

Where do we start with the ENGIE smart app. First of all, it is not really fit for purpose. While you can encode your latest meter readings - it gives wildly inaccurate estimates of your bill, consumption and bills that you have already paid. You are better off just keeping your own spreadsheet. As for their tips - all it is, is placing the burden on consumers to consume less. No indication of how they will drive down energy prices on their side.
