Keep having issues with the mobile deposit on the app. Have had to drive to the branch, which is 30 minutes out of the way from my home and business. When I first opened my account, they had a branch 5 minutes away, but that one closed. Will most likely look for a new bank with branches closer, even if I have to go back to a big corporate bank that I left in the first place.

I really like this app and I had no complaints until the last update back in 2021. I can no longer use the fingerprint login. Can this be fixed? I just updated again hoping it would be fixed, but I still have the same problem. Other than that, this app works wonderfully really. I like being able to check my account as needed on the go. Very convenient especially when I'm out of town. I actually prefer quickly checking on my phone then going on the PC.

I can't get to load the app. I had it on my phone and mystery it disappeared and I can't get it back.Im in Washington State trying to figure out how much money I have to pay for travel back to KC.MO you gave me new varifcaton codes and I don't know what to do with them
