Ratings and reviews

The app has stopped working. Facebook posts suggest that the app is now incompatible with multilingual keyboards such as SwiftKey and that BOV Customer Care is telling clients to uninstall such keyboards. If this is true, it is totally unacceptable. I need a multilingual keyboard and BOV can't expect me not to use one because if its technical issues. Hopefully common sense will prevail soon.

Cannot log in. It use to work perfectly but it's telling me that my smart phone had been modified. A pop up is saying I must accept all cookies. Also saying there are 847 partners which I find very strange for a bank application. I tried to uninstall the app and installed again but problem persists.

App won't launch on Android due to a false keylogger detection bug—confirmed by the bank. No fix or ETA provided. Since BOV forced users off physical 2FA (you have to pay yet another fee to), there’s no way to access your accounts, not even on the desktop app, since the mobile app is now a Single Point of Failure. Critical failure in QA process. Unacceptable for a banking app in 2018 let alone 2025.
