Que arrependimento, horrível o atendimento da fortbrasil, nunca se consegue resolver nada, por aplicativo não consegue resolver nenhum problema, tenta contato com a central também não conseguem e dizem pra fazer por aplicativo. Fiz o cancelamento do cartão no mês 02, ainda está sendo cobrado Texas e anuidade, quando entrei em contato novamente, disseram que o cartão está somente bloqueado, fiz a solicitação de cancelamento novamente e no chat virtual diz que o cartão já está bloqueado.

Péssimo, não façam esse cartão. Me cobraram +33,00 de juros por uma fatura de 8,00 em atraso sendo que eu paguei e pedi o cancelamento do cartão. Juros abusivos, muito ruim.
