Shekinah its meaning: "Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle" Exodus 40:34.
The word "Shekinah" is not found in the Bible, it is a Hebrew term 'Shkn - to dwell', used by the Targumites and Rabbis, and adopted by Christians, refers to the visible Glory of God dwelling in the midst of the people. This vocabulary is used to designate the occasions when the radiant presence of God was manifested through a luminescent cloud that stopped above the altar and illuminated the place of worship.
