Berudgingly tried out the app for the first time, wish there was just a mobile website. Requires an account setup with email/text verification and then saving a payment method to the account, no Google Pay or one-time checkout. Order submitted and when picking up, the restaurant hadn't received half the order. Overall defeated the purpose and convenience of ordering ahead with an app.

App seems to work well but it looks like there's either no way for the app to let you know when your food is ready or perhaps the people running the kitchen were not sending out alerts. Myself and my friends food was sitting on the counter for a bit and we only found out it was ready by wandering up to see if it was.

App isn't up to date - it says breakfast ends at lunchtime when now it's available until 4pm, also challah bread and everything bagels arent options for breakfast sandwiches and there's no options to add fries to some sandwiches. Otherwise the app works well, better than the old one
