My experience with the Scapia app was a complete nightmare. The customer service representatives were rude and unhelpful when I encountered an issue with my booking. The app itself is not user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. When I finally managed to book a hotel, I realized there was an error in my reservation. The customer service representative was condescending, dismissive, and unapologetic. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and offered.

Be cautious while taking flight tickets. They are very expensive with scapia when compared to other platforms. To me charged 50%+ for domestic flight booked on 14/06/2024. Got the card. Step by step process is good. If you have federal Bank credit card or personal loan please don't apply for this. Cibil should be 700+.

A seamless on boarding experience without any hassles of documents checks total online process. A must have card for travel without the worries of forex fees unlike traditional banking cards. Error on app for statement due payment was resolved without levying any late payment charges. Customer support over mail and call absolutely great and timely resolution. Kudos to Scapia.
