Could you please something about the information on ZH line 80 dir Alstetten? App displays non-realistic connections that can't be reached. I don't have the nerves to outsmart the app all the time.

Could you let us know at which stop the transfer times are too short? We checked Zurich Altstetten, for example, and the connections there seem realistic. Tip: In the app settings, under Filters > Minimum transfer time, you can choose a longer transfer time. That way, only connections with more comfortable transfers will be shown. Best, your ZVV

You quietly changed the behaviour of the commuter routes. I had it set between my home and work for one way for Monday, and the return for Tuesday. I used to click on the needed direction and it always showed the next train departing on that route. This was recommended to me by one of your support colleagues months ago. I routinely bought a ticket today checking only the time, but you quietly changed the app to show the ticket for next Monday. I didn't notice it and got fined for 100 chf!

Check in still not working for me. Switched over to SBB mobile app which seems to work more reliable and does the same (and more).
