The EDL Guard is an app that can only be used in combination with the EDL portal and the corresponding portal legitimacy. The portal is aimed at operators and entertainers of real estate whose technicians remedy faults in the field. The technicians must specify their location by logging on to the app. The Portal Dispatcher can locate in the portal, the technicians working in the field, in order to optimize the on-call service by assigning it to further locations
