I paid the invoice, then after one day (in other systems bank transactions go faster) received the push message, that balance has been updated. But in the app i still see, that i have open invoices and the balance remains old, as i wouldn't pay anything. I clicked push message and it's disappeared, so i don't have any approve (kein Beweiss mehr) more, that i paid the invoice.That's strange and breaking the trust to the system, please fix it. UPD: now i see it there, tnx! it just arrives delayed.

Thank you for your feedback. Your payment should be visible in the menu under "Cards" – "Account balance".

When changing your SIM card, you get locked out and you need to call customer support to reset the registration process. Now the ugly part: while you are fighting customer support, you get switched back to the paper bill, which costs you automatically every month! Thank you TopCard, you've created by far the worst app on my phone!

We thank you for your feedback and regret the inconvenience you have experienced. Soon it will be possible to change SIM cards without having to re-register the card.
