Ratings and reviews

On every purchase you make, it doesn't tell you the exact name of the business or the transaction code. If it is an online transaction or a physical business, doesn't tell you also what type of business. They never show you the balance after every transaction on the credit account. Also, when making payments, the total amount is obscure by the letters that say to pay this amount.

The app is ok but the cost of the loans and costs associated with borrowing on the card are high. If you stick with no interest instalments then it's better, but not everything is available that way. The interest rate on outstanding amounts, due to late payment or other reasons is also high and adds further to overall costs. Maybe points and such like are to your liking, not mine, you can also avail to special offers in a couple of shops belonging to the Falabella company if that's your thing.

Found a huge bug: Before logging in, press "Asistencia" and then press back. If you do so it logs into the account without needing a password. Also haven't been able to pay anything online for a while now.
