The AURANET cost control quantifies in value and quantity the consumption of resources for each item of the budget, that is, those that are going to be purchased during the development of the work, project or business center. In addition, Auranet allows you to know at all times the results of the works in different formats. The income statements of the works in different formats.

The process begins with the preparation of a budget, called the Original Budget, through which the Work Budget is generated. Then, the type of project is created with all the data and the budgets for its development are assigned.

The income statements of the business center are obtained by comparing the actual progress of the original budget with the actual costs.

In the Work Budget, the quantities of items and their unit prices are modified according to the way in which they will be executed in the work. The foregoing will be called First Batch Analysis, and once carried out and approved, it feeds the warehouse modules, Deals, Sub-contracts and Machinery with the prices and maximum quantities to be consumed.
