Impossible to get to write to your own doctor free text request, and many of the links are counter-intuitive. The only thing I can be sure of is: when I open this app - my health is immediately deteriorating

After a far too long signup process, my first attempt to log in to the actual app failed despite me using the correct password, user code, and ID number. I had to change my password just to be able to access my account, only for it to freeze, show an error code, and force me to close and re-open it in order to use the app, only for it to once again block me despite using the correct credentials *again* How can I use your app if I have to reset my password every time I want ro log in?

Terrible. I went to delete 1 appointment but it glitched and deleted another one and now I have to wait 2 more months to see a doctor!!!! What type of system doesn't let me re-book the appointment that I accidentally canceled? I know it isn't booked... 0/5
