This app gives the user all kinds of issues. There are times where it works great but other times, it wont do anything. When viewing the schedule, it cuts off on the end so you only see the first two or three numbers of the total hours for the week. You cant print anything, only half of the print screen shows up. The app itself takes a long time to load anything, which is a problem. Oh. Theres also the "youre not logged into sap" error, when you clearly are logged in.

It started with me not being able to get into my portal to see my schedule because somehow someone changed my password. Then when I went to retrieve it via answering my security questions, there answers were changed to. So I logged off and closed the app. After I reopened I tried to log in and all of a sudden now the app doesn't know my password to it! So I try to recover it by "forget password" and got "check email" but nothing was ever sent. I did this 3 times.

So i started at fresh ( wonderful store by brookshieres ) and was told to download the app to check paystubs, schedules etc.... And i got the app to load once and it took forever. I used the bgcforme website and it's the same issue it doesn't load correctly nor can you navigate anything. So i just go and check everything on the computer at work which is also slow but it does allow me to check everything. But this app is complete garbage, so just check whatever you need before you leave work.
