You can easily reserve smart office seats and conference rooms through Samjeong Smart Office.
The Samjung Smart Office app is exclusively for Samjung Accounting Corporation members, so to use the app, you must register your device by verifying your Samjung Accounting Corporation email address.

[main function]
- You can easily make a reservation and check-in at the same time by scanning the QR code displayed on the seat.
- You can search and reserve conference rooms.
- Only one device per person can be registered with the Samjeong Smart Office app.

[How to register]
① Run the app
② Enter company email address
③ Enter the authentication code sent by email
④ Device registration complete
⑤ Reservation of seats or conference room
** Since only one device can be registered per person, device registration must be done on the mobile device that will be used to reserve smart office seats and conference rooms.

[Principles of using smart office]
- Only 1 seat per person can be used after on-site reservation
- You can only reserve your own seat, and proxy reservations are not possible.
- To change seats, check out the existing seat and then make a new reservation.
- If you cancel use before the end of the reservation time, you must check-out.

For everyone to use the smart office comfortably, it is most important that you follow the principles of voluntary use.
