customer support is terrible. they can help with surface level problems, but if you need help with any thing at all that requires addresses, account numbers, or any thing else that requires photo auth forget about it. spent weeks waiting on a case to addend my address and every time they replied they ask for the same pictures over and over. very redundant and awful customer support.

it's been 2 weeks since I bought Cardano, I was charged over market value, I can do math just fine, I said eh it's ok I'll make it back with the staking rewards. I put in the request for staking 2 weeks ago, still hasn't been activated. no rewards and it's locked up in activation request, not allowing me to trade or withdraw. Also the fine print "gotcha" stuff with the event rewards are gross. Coinbase rewards are straightforward and immediate payout. yes I did KYC and verified identity.

logging in from various devices is always an adventure. each device change causes you to have to re-authenticate it. the passcodes don't always work, locking you out. who's writing their software, Microsoft. I'm going to look for better. my experience into crypto has been nothing annoyances and losses. this app is poorly written and using it is NOT intuitive. like many of today's products there so eager to upgrade instead of refining, it all winds up being junk.
