NEU Students: DO. NOT. USE. On my first usage of this charger, I returned it to a dock about an hour after checking it out. I saw the battery icon on the charger, indicating it had been properly returned, but did not get any notification from my app. I tried two different power stations and neither notified me that the charger had been returned. It is almost 2 days after returning it and no word from the company. NEU will charge your student account for the "missing" charger.

While I was able to login to the app, I tried multiple times to actually pair with an omnicharge charger and the charger would never detect that my phone was trying to pair with it. Really unfortunate, seemed like a great idea but ultimately useless until they fix pairing.

The app is not supporting the Omnicharge 20+ charger. The app is asking for a 4 digit code to pair the device but the Omnicharge 20+ doesn't show up any code to get it paired with. Earlier Omnicharge app was working and is better in this case. Kindly fix this
