We ship with care and use record-appropriate boxes. All records are re-sleeved with both a new rice-paper inner and plastic outer sleeve.
We ship media mail, with tracking.
And, to ensure the vinyl's safe arrival, we ship the record behind the jacket, inside the outer protective sleeve.

One of the most addictive apps you'll ever install, especially if like me, you're an avid vinyl collector! The selection is always a surprise, and the albums are always shipped in packaging that guarantees your purchases will arrive damage-free!

Encourages toxic phone habits by requiring FOMO to get best of new releases when notifications go out, and the good stuff will be sold before you can complete checkout anyway. Support passive aggressively points to the faq which essentially says the same thing.

Each record in our inventory is truly one-of-a-kind, as we can only clean a limited number of records each day to maintain our high quality standards. This exclusivity contributes to their desirability and why they sell quickly.
Your reply to a marketing email was passive aggressive and asked "why bother". We replied the same and linked the FAQ.
