Unfortunately, we do not have an app for clients. The app is exclusive for photographers only. You can access your account in the website... I understand that you want to use this app but again, this is not fully functional and would only give you difficult time navigating through it. As much as we want to have you use it and fix the errors you're encountering, we encourage to login through the website by going to your web browser instead. We understand how frustrating these bugs can be...

I downloaded this app looking forward to an easy seamless way to book a photographer. As a user I found it to be complicated. Then I got an email AND a phone call from a rep who wanted to touch base and let me know in the future I could book through them because it would be easier than online. That honestly made me feel weird and lose trust in what they are offering. I would still rather just find someone myself. This is SUCH a great concept, I hope one day it gets easier to use.

Tried to find a photographer here. Got set up, and had to change my date due to unforseen circumstances. They wanted 20 bucks for rescheduling, fine, no big deal. However, I set the date for Tuesday, but their website messed up and made it for the Thursday before instead. Meaning my photographer and I got two different dates! They charged me the FULL amount since it was the day of, and refused to help regardless that I showed them the confirmation text that it was their fault!
