I'm giving this a 3 because the app used to be great; user friendly, easy transactions, nice product imagery, but now I can't see any products. I've re-downloaded the app several times and still nothing. Currently the app opens and I can see past orders, but thats about it. Has been several weeks now...

Can't see any products in the app. If you download the app, you will receive discount code notifications that you can only use in the app - but if you can't see any products, you can't use the discount on codes. You can still order from their website, but the app discount codes are then useless. 🤷‍♂️ Bummer!

Want to spend money on this Black app and want to try many of the products but the app isn't user friendly and you can't view any of the products. I read many reviews that stated the same thing so y'all REALLY need to get your app fixed. It's definitely effecting your bottom line.
