Update is useless! same experience as many other reviews. Old version wouldn't work and forced upgrade. once upgrade was installed it never would open so now I cannot use at all. Tried un/reinstall, but didnt help. very unfortunate as I liked being able to have my insurance card hand via the app, especially with kids off at college. Please fix the bugs or bring the old version back!!

Not the best app to start with and now after updating it won't work at all. Piece of shyte won't go past loading screen then my phone pops up "this app isn't working" BS. Thank you for turning your mediocre app into a completely useless one.

Two-Factor authentication is required every 60 days. Right now this is a huge problem rather than an inconvenience. I enter my credentials and get sent an email. I go check the email for the code in it. I go back to enter the code. Rather than being allowed to enter the code, I am forced to enter my credentials again, starting the two-factor authentication all over again.
