Update is useless! same experience as many other reviews. Old version wouldn't work and forced upgrade. once upgrade was installed it never would open so now I cannot use at all. Tried un/reinstall, but didnt help. very unfortunate as I liked being able to have my insurance card hand via the app, especially with kids off at college. Please fix the bugs or bring the old version back!!

This app has not worked in 4 months. It worked fine before! I have reported it several times. No help what so ever. I DID call the number. Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled SEVERAL times. No luck. 2nd UPDATE: got an email telling me to uninstall/reinstall which I have done several times. My phone is up to date. They said it could just be my phone and/or service provider. It worked FINE on both before for MONTHS. Now Nothing.

This app will load but not open. I use it on my Android phone and it worked until a month ago. When you log in it just loads until it times out and you get a network error. This is the same network it used to work on. It has never been very good in my opinion.
