Always a great, easy experience. I do wish that the delete button was activated for as much as I make a mistake or change my mind about things. Always beautiful jewelry, and when something goes wrong, they always make it right. Not that anything goes wrong, meaning something sold out before they send it to you. I also love that there is a paparazzi jewelry app. That always deserves 10 out of 5 stars!
