Ratings and reviews

Great UI, bad UX. I had a bad experience when leaving the app temporarily. Whenever I go back to the app, it's always popping up a "No Internet Connection" page, which is irritating to see. I couldn't do anything besides removing the app from the recent apps and relaunch it. Please help to fix it.

I downgraded my review from 5 to 2. While this app offers the best UX among Indonesia-based crypto apps, it's unacceptable that my assets got stuck with no option to withdraw or transfer due to a bug in their OTP system. Their CS didn't even acknowledge it as an issue and merely advised me to try again in 24 hours. I can't trust my money with this app anymore.

Topping up and withdrawing is not user-friendly and uses multiple banks. You should be very careful about topping up and withdrawing funds from the account. It will take a long time to resolve your issues and the response very slow.
