I have been trying since May 2026 to resolve a billing issue with Extramarks. Due to a problem on their platform, I ended up paying for two subscriptions for one child. Despite numerous emails, calls and cancellation requests, nothing was resolved and debit orders continued. I repeatedly asked for a refund or credit, but received poor customer service and no meaningful assistance. Very disappointing experience.

don't subscribe, number of chapters are missing, number of chapters are incomplete some having only pictures without voice, after subscription no one is there to help you or here you. once you subscribe they lose their memory. feeling cheated. worse experience. no live lectures are there just animated video.

Very bad app not that helpful toooooo much of notifications and we can watch video only when subscribed but the video are good and fun but the whole app is annoying
