One of worse apps I've ever dealt with. You wouldn't think so being it's a company wanting payments from you. You would think they'd have someone correcting this issue by now. Get your techs on this or find hire some new ones. I get tired of EVERY TIME I try and get on this app I have to reset my password. I can log in after resetting, save it, close out and go right back. When going right back after resetting still says doesn't recognize log in. What bs.

I haven't used the app yet but the company is completely shady. They will force their own insurance on you even if you have a policy in place. They will also try to make you get insurance policies on individual units in a multi family property even with an insurance policy in place that has been in place for 8 years. Run do NOT walk away from Fay Servicing!

The current build broke the biometric authentication! Sent three emails and left two messages with Fay Servicing as they are livid with the app developer. Not one response from the developer. Total incompetence to say the least. I have never come across an app developer and or company that doesn't give a damn about their customer base.
